Scott Roberts - Managing Principal

Scott joined Cadden Crowe in September 2006 and after successfully leading our Queensland and Asia Pacific Division was appointed to Managing Principal in May 2009.

Prior to joining Cadden Crowe, Scott was the General Manager a resource focused global recruitment and HR services firm. He has over 17 years mining industry experience where he has held professional, management and general management roles. His managerial responsibilities have ranged widely and include Human Resources, Supply, Transport, Business Support (Accounting and IT), Commercial, Safety, Health and Environment, Maintenance and Logistics. He has also been Director of his own consulting company and has worked in both the public and private sectors in his professional career.

For the last 20 years he has been heavily involved in change management and he has considerable experience and expertise in recruitment, facilitation, leadership and management education, organisational development, team development, safety management, management development and coaching, performance management, succession and replacement planning and out-sourcing.

Scott has spent 10 years of his working life in Papua New Guinea and 10 years in outback Australia and has a keen appreciation of cross-cultural issues at work.

Scott was originally trained as an Industrial Psychologist; his undergraduate training being completed at Caulfield Institute of Technology (now Monash University) and his Masters was completed at the University of Hull in the UK.

Scott is currently Vice President of the Australia Papua New Guinea Business Council.

Simon Anthonisz – General Manager QLD & NT

Simon is a ‘recruitment professional’, experienced in launching and managing professional recruitment businesses in Australia and the UK. He is committed to helping candidates, clients and staff through his consultative approach.

As General Manager of Cadden Crowe’s Queensland and Northern Territory operations, Simon is leading a team of consultants focused on delivering recruitment solutions to their clients in the mining and resources, construction, engineering and energy sectors.

Prior to joining Cadden Crowe, Simon worked for one of the world’s largest staffing and outsourcing providers in the UK. Some of Simon’s interesting recruitment experiences included managing international candidate sourcing campaigns for clients in the UK and Australia as well as working with key clients on a number of managed staffing agreements. Returning home to Australia in 2006, Simon has developed technical recruitment businesses focused in the mining & resources, construction and engineering sectors in Queensland.

In addition to his consultancy experience, Simon has worked directly for a large construction client, leading the recruitment team on the ramp-up of a major infrastructure project. An experience he enjoyed immensely.

Michael Boyd – General Manager NSW, ACT and NZ

Michael joined the NSW office of Cadden Crowe in 2011 bringing with him a mix of industry and executive recruitment experiences covering the past twenty years. Michael has held regional and national roles in Canada, USA and Australia. He has a transport and logistic background and has worked for some of the worlds premier companies. He is a strategic customer focused manager with a solid track record in assisting businesses in turnarounds and organisational change initiatives.

Natashya Cox – Branch Manager (Western Region - Perth)

Natashya joined Cadden Crowe in 2006 as a senior consultant in the Perth office and became Branch Manager of WA in 2010.

Natashya has over 12 years professional; recruitment experience in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Her experience includes managing teams in both permanent and temporary recruitment.

After graduating from University in Perth, Natashya commenced a professional career in retail buying in Western Australia. After 5 years in buying Natashya changed career to join the recruitment sector. This career change was a perfect environment for focusing her customer/client service skills; tenacity and energy while delivering a win /win outcome to both candidates and clients.

Natashya has been employed at Cadden Crowe for nearly 5 years in both the Perth and Melbourne offices. Eric Fenn: General Manager Management & Organisational Development

Eric joined Cadden Crowe in November 2011 after running his own management and organisational consultancy for some 20 years.

He has worked extensively in both mining and construction industries as well as with clients engaged in manufacturing (eg metal fabrication work, the sugar industry, clothing and textiles). Eric has also completed many assignments for local governments; government owned corporations, as well as state government agencies. Over the last 10 years he has worked extensively with teams involved in the design, procurement and construction of some 25 major infrastructure projects (including rail, road and water).

He has provided guidance for clients in alternative procurement strategies including specifically alliancing and ECI’s (early constructor involvement) as well as partnering, and relationship contracting. Eric’s role has ranged from the evaluation of teams bidding for projects right through to the building of the appropriate team culture required in these types of project delivery.

Eric has a strong track record developing strategic and operational plans through to implementation - which often involves organisational and cultural change. Building of high performance teams is an area he has been involved with for more than 20 years.

He is also experienced in negotiations training and consulting as well as being an experienced mediator. Eric is a member of the Dispute Resolution Board – an organisation that helps resolve substantive disputes in the construction industry.

Eric has also worked in Papua New Guinea and regional/ remote Australian sites.
