James Cadden
James has a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Human Resource Management, and spent from 1975 through to 1991 in corporate Human Resource management positions. From 1975 to 1979 he worked with Myer Queensland Stores as the HR Officer, and subsequently HR Manager of the Queen Street store. From 1979 to 1983 he worked for Dulux Australia, a subsidiary of ICI Australia Pty Ltd (now Orica Australia) as an Industrial Relations and Personnel Manager for Queensland and Northern Territory.

Michael CroweMichael has a mixed industry background in both Human Resource and Operations management roles. Initially Michael worked in the Money Market as both a Dealer and Broker in Sydney prior to undertaking his preferred career path of military service. Michael attended and graduated from the Royal Military College in 1989 as a Commissioned Officer based in Sydney. He held management roles through to senior corporate level appointments in Human Resources and Resource Planning on a national level.
