Michael has a mixed industry background in both Human Resource and Operations management roles. Initially Michael worked in the Money Market as both a Dealer and Broker in Sydney prior to undertaking his preferred career path of military service. Michael attended and graduated from the Royal Military College in 1989 as a Commissioned Officer based in Sydney. He held management roles through to senior corporate level appointments in Human Resources and Resource Planning on a national level.
Michael continued his studies and has gained a Bachelor of Social Science (HRD) and various diploma level training and marketing qualifications. Subsequently, Michael decided to leave the military in 1994 and commenced in Executive Recruitment working with James Cadden in a large national recruitment firm.
As a generalist recruiter, Michael has worked across industries and professions from large workforce recruitment projects through to domestic and global searches for professional specialist and senior level roles. Michael established 'Cadden Crowe' with James Cadden in 1996 and has led our market and business development focus across the business.
