Major Projects specialises in the efficient and cost effective delivery of large numbers of new recruits using specially designed screening tools and tailored assessment centre methodology.
Cadden Crowe is bringing its years of professional white collar recruitment experience to the bulk recruitment arena and using behavioral based interviewing techniques to ensure the correct behaviors are captured for our clients’ needs, to create a safe, culturally aligned and productive workplace.
Major Projects has the capabilities to deliver major recruitment projects where a client requires rapid growth. For example, a new mine, manufacturing plant or hospital, the Major Projects team has the processes, experience and focus to meet our clients’ needs, no matter what industry sector. Greenfield and Brownfield projects are just one of the areas that are suited to using our processes; graduate and apprentice recruitment are examples of other large recruitment campaigns that can be run successfully using our tailored methodology.

Why Use Major Projects?
By using our bulk recruitment process you will dramatically reduce recruitment time and cost compared to traditional recruitment methodology (TRM). Our pricing is not set, as each project will vary in size and location. However, typically the cost to hire is approximately 1.5%-2% of the salary of the person being hired on major recruitment projects.
Each major project will have unique requirements that need our methodology to be tailored to ensure we all have the successful outcomes desired. Cadden Crowe Major Projects has, in the past, been able to help clients with innovative solutions to their particular projects.

Where are we?
Cadden Crowe Major Projects division is based in North Sydney, but operates nationally. The Major Projects team is focused on delivering bulk recruitment solutions to our clients in any location. The team is flexible and will relocate wherever necessary to ensure consistency of service and also ensure that we can be accessible to the client so that a true partnership can been developed for the lifecycle of the project.
Cadden Crowe also has offices located in Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia, from where the Major Projects team can also operate. Major Projects also has a small team of people that are already based in these various offices, offering local support.
Cadden Crowe also has affiliated companies in South Australia, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, New Caledonia, and New Zealand which we can use to base ourselves from should the need be there.
