What is Recruitment Consulting?

A Recruitment Consultant at Cadden Crowe is responsible for working with clients to analyse the recruitment need, and then source high performing candidates to meet the agreed specification for the client. Critical will be aligning the behavioural competencies for the role, the expectations for career and commercial return for the candidates, and the professional negotiation and conclusion of the assignment. At all times it is key to ensure you balance the professional needs of all parties in a confidential and service driven manner.

The daily focus is a combination of managing assignments, and also undertaking active relationship management via client visits, account calls to key contacts, interviewing candidates for current assignment, marketing strategy planning and activities, through to general interviews that may result in presenting to select clients high performing applicants. The success of a Recruitment Consultant is based on your commitment to the values, a focus on smart activity that maximises your efforts, and an ability to identify and secure recruitment assignments for both your own portfolio or for others within the business. This is all undertaken within an office environment where we daily enjoy a work culture of interaction, fun and support to achieve individual and collective results.
