Scott Roberts - Managing Principal
Scott joined Cadden Crowe in September 2006 and after successfully leading our Queensland and Asia Pacific Division was appointed to Managing Principal in May 2009.
Prior to joining Cadden Crowe, Scott was the General Manager of an Australian and Papua New Guinean resource focused global recruitment and HR services firm. He has over 17 years mining industry experience where he has held professional, management and general management roles. His managerial responsibilities have ranged widely and include Human Resources, Supply, Transport, Business Support (Accounting and IT), Commercial, Safety, Health and Environment, Maintenance and Logistics. He has also been Director of his own consulting company and has worked in both the public and private sectors in his professional career.
For the last 20 years he has been heavily involved in change management and he has considerable experience and expertise in recruitment, facilitation, leadership and management education, organisational development, team development, safety management, management development and coaching, performance management, succession and replacement planning and out-sourcing.
Scott has spent 10 years of his working life in Papua New Guinea and 10 years in outback Australia and has a keen appreciation of cross-cultural issues at work.
Scott was originally trained as an Industrial Psychologist; his undergraduate training being completed at Caulfield Institute of Technology (now Monash University) and his Masters was completed at the University of Hull in the UK.
Scott is also on the Executive and is currently Vice President of the Australia Papua New Guinea Business Council.

James Cadden - Principal
James has a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Human Resource Management. He spent the early part of his career in Brisbane in the Retail Industry with Myer Queensland Stores and in the Manufacturing Sector working for Dulux Australia (now Orica ) as an Industrial Relations and Personnel Manager for Queensland and Northern Territory.
In 1983 he transferred with ICI to Melbourne and worked in various operational and strategic human resource management roles. In 1989 he transferred to Sydney as the Group Human Resources Manager, Asia Pacific, for the explosives business servicing the Mining and Quarrying Sectors and left the organisation in 1991.
James then joined a large national recruitment firm as a Senior Consultant focusing on the Resources and Manufacturing sectors. He remained in this role from 1991 to 1995 developing a national client base servicing from Graduate to Senior Management levels. In January 1996, James and Michael Crowe established 'Cadden Crowe', with the aim of living the company values and tailoring recruitment services. James continues his focus on the Resources and Manufacturing sectors with experience in large scale 'greenfield' recruitment through to senior level site and corporate level roles combining both an advertised and search methodology.

Scott De-Brusaux - Principal (Southern Region)
Scott joined Cadden Crowe in September 2007 and is responsible for developing the Sydney and Melbourne offices of Cadden Crowe whilst contributing to the national business. He and his team are committed to living the values of Cadden Crowe which will lead to the continuing success of the business. Acting in the best interest of clients will continue to be paramount for Scott and the business. The team conducts assignments throughout NSW, New Zealand as well as international searches for various clients.
Prior to joining Cadden Crowe, Scott has held a management positions in both Commercial and Client focused organisations across various industry sectors, IT, Rail, Telco and Engineering.
Scott has spent most of his 14 years in the Recruitment industry in the UK however before Scott moved to Australia in 2007 he also spent nearly two years in the Middle East where he focused on international recruitment.

Nic Clark - Principal (Northern Region)
Nic joined Cadden Crowe in April 2007 as a Consultant focusing on the Pacific Region. He quickly moved into the Mining team and in November of that year became the Team Leader of that team. In 2008 Nic brought Oil and Gas into his portfolio and in June 2009 was appointed Principal Northern Region responsible for the Brisbane and Port Moresby offices.
Nic graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business with a Communication Major and had cut his teeth in labour hire and job network, where he held Management positions before joining Cadden Crowe
Nic is a sports loving Queenslander and with his team is devoted to driving success through strong relationships with clients and adding value to their businesses long term. As with the entire company the Northern Division of Cadden Crowe is built around Cadden Crowe’s 5 corporate values.
